Joy Gilmer

Joy, a 4th generation Texan, has a passion to help children recognize their opportunities and realize their full potential.   She is an avid outdoorswoman and is very active in wildlife conservation.  She supports multiple charities for Veterans, Masons, Shriners, handicapped children and adult charities including Miracle League of Parker County.  Joy has over 38 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and over 20 years of ranch management experience.  Joy is currently a Director of Marketing at Range Resources Corporation and has been at Range for over 20 years.  She has worked at TXO Production Corporation, Delhi Gas Pipeline, and TXU Portfolio Management.   She holds a B.S. in Geology from UTA.
